What we offer

Peer Mentorship Day Program

Our Inclusive Day Program provides participants with a supportive, engaging, and community-focused environment where individuals can build independence, confidence, social connections, and everyday life skills through meaningful daily activities and peer mentorship opportunities.

Programming may include recreation and fitness, creative activities, volunteer opportunities, and life skills development such as cooking, shopping, and money management.

Programs are developed collaboratively with participants and caregivers to help ensure activities are tailored to individual goals, interests, strengths, and support needs.

Our focus is creating a safe, inclusive, and empowering space where every participant feels valued, supported, connected, and encouraged to grow.
